Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Loop Beauty website (loop-beauty.com), or by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and beta participants. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

Eligibility

To purchase from Loop Beauty, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Use of the Site

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with the site's functionality, security, or other users' access
  • Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or origin
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the site without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or related systems

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, photographs, logos, graphics, product designs, and formulations — is the property of Taurus Eleven LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

The "Loop Beauty" name, infinity logo, and any related marks are trademarks of Taurus Eleven LLC.

User-Generated Content

When you submit photos, videos, survey responses, testimonials, reviews, or other content to Loop Beauty (collectively, "User Content"), you grant Loop Beauty a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy — including research, product development, and, with your separate explicit consent, marketing.

You represent that:

  • You own or control all rights to the User Content you submit
  • The User Content is accurate and not misleading
  • The User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law

You may revoke consent for future use of your User Content at any time by emailing hello@loop-beauty.com. Revocation does not require us to remove content already published.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We may update pricing at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. Sales tax is applied where required by law. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider, and you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment information.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Return and refund terms are described in our Refund Policy. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference. For the Beta GHK-Cu Glow Set, orders placed during the presale window ship in production order, beginning approximately two weeks from the date of order.

Beta Program

If you participate in our beta program, the following additional terms apply:

  • The beta is a limited-quantity presale. Participation is contingent on availability.
  • We may request photos, videos, surveys, and testimonials from beta participants. Submission is optional and not required to complete your purchase.
  • Submitted content is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the User-Generated Content section above.
  • We reserve the right to modify or end the beta program at any time.

Product Information and Claims

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredient lists, pricing, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time, including after an order is placed.

Loop Beauty products are cosmetics, not drugs. The statements made about our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. If you experience irritation or an adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taurus Eleven LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, the purchase or use of our products, or your participation in our beta program — including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of data, or personal injury.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms, the site, or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Taurus Eleven LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Loop Beauty regarding your use of the site and our products.
