SHIPPING POLICY

A presale of the beta

The Beta GHK-Cu Glow Set is launching as a small-batch presale. When you place your order, you're reserving one of the 100 beta kits. Kits ship in the order they're received, beginning approximately two weeks from the date your order is placed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking the day your kit goes out.

How we ship

All Beta Glow Set orders ship via UPS 2-Day or FedEx 2-Day, depending on which carrier offers the most efficient route to your address. Once your kit ships, plan on two business days for delivery.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all Beta Glow Set orders.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or damaged packages

If your kit arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please see our Refund Policy or email hello@loop-beauty.com within five (5) days of the delivery date.
