You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email. We will honor your request promptly. Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications, customer service replies) are sent separately and do not require marketing consent.

Beta Participation

If you participate in our beta program, you may choose to submit photos, videos, surveys, and testimonials. Participation is optional — no submission is required to purchase a beta kit. Your submissions are used to refine our products and build our research base, and — only with your separate, explicit consent — may be used in our marketing materials. You may request deletion of your beta submissions at any time by emailing hello@loop-beauty.com.
