REFUND POLICY

Returns and refunds

Because our products are formulated for direct application to the skin, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on opened or unopened items. This policy is standard across clinical-grade skincare and protects every customer who orders from us.

If your order arrives damaged

Email hello@loop-beauty.com within five (5) days of receiving your package. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item and packaging

We'll send a replacement at no cost, along with a prepaid shipping label so you can return the damaged product to us.

If your order arrives incorrect or never arrives

Same window — email hello@loop-beauty.com within five (5) days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date, if the package never arrived). We'll make it right.

Order cancellation

You may cancel your order anytime before it ships for a full refund. To cancel:

  • Email hello@loop-beauty.com with your order number and the words "Cancel order" in the subject line
  • We will confirm the cancellation by reply and issue your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
  • Cancellations must be requested before your order ships — once you receive a shipping confirmation email, the order is on its way and can no longer be canceled
