Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. Under $75, standard shipping is a flat rate via USPS Ground Advantage. Expedited shipping (USPS Priority) is available at checkout.

Standard orders ship from our Dallas warehouse within two to three business days. Tracking is emailed when your order leaves the warehouse.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on the roadmap.

Pre-order shipping

Signal Serum pre-orders ship the week of Nov 9. GHK-Cu Eye Patch pre-orders ship the week of Nov 23. The Duo ships in two shipments at no extra cost: serum on Nov 9, patches on Nov 23.

Returns

All sales final. Because our products apply directly to skin, we don't accept returns.

Damaged or lost in transit

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email hello@loop-beauty.com with your order number (and a photo if damaged). We'll replace or refund it right away.

Irritation or reaction

If a product irritates your skin, email hello@loop-beauty.com. We'll help troubleshoot and work with you on a refund or replacement depending on circumstances.
