Loop Beauty Beta Program Terms and Conditions.
Last updated: 06/01/2026
These terms apply to anyone who purchases the Beta GHK-Cu Glow Set and ticks the beta consent box at checkout. By ticking the box and completing your purchase, you agree to what's below. If you don't agree, don't tick the box. Your order will still go through as a standard purchase, but you won't be part of the Beta and won't be eligible for the beta-completion perks described in Section 6.
1. What the Beta is.
The Beta is a closed, pre-launch evaluation of the GHK-Cu Glow Set, our two-product kit at 2% pure GHK-Cu. We're collecting structured feedback, photos, and a short video over an eight-week period to inform our public launch. Participation is voluntary, but the perks in Section 6 are contingent on completing the work in Section 5.
2. Who can join.
You're eligible if you are 18 or older, have a valid shipping address in [SHIPPING REGIONS, e.g. the United States], and agree to these terms in full. The Beta is limited to one kit per household. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to remove anyone who doesn't meet these criteria.
3. The kit.
The Beta GHK-Cu Glow Set is a pre-order. Production is small. Kits ship in 2 to 3 weeks from the date of your order. You'll receive tracking the moment your kit leaves our warehouse.
4. The protocol.
You agree to use both products, the Signal Serum and the Renewal Cream, twice daily (morning and evening) for the full eight weeks of the Beta. If your skin is sensitive or reactive, you can adjust frequency for the first three days and ramp up. Detailed application instructions are included with your kit and in the Day 0 Kickoff email.
Stop using either product and consult a healthcare provider if you experience signs of an allergic reaction (persistent redness, swelling, hives, or difficulty breathing).
5. What we ask of you.
You agree to complete three short surveys during the Beta:
-
Week 1 baseline survey, within seven days of receiving your kit. Includes one front and one side before photo.
-
Week 4 mid-point pulse survey. Includes one progress photo and a short video (approximately 30 seconds).
-
Week 8 final survey. Includes one front and one side after photo and a short video (approximately 60 seconds).
Each survey takes 5 to 15 minutes. Photos and video are submitted directly inside the survey form. We will email survey access links to the address on your order.
6. What you receive.
-
The Beta GHK-Cu Glow Set at the Beta launch price.
-
Direct contact with the Loop team for the full eight weeks. Replies go to a real inbox.
-
On submission of the Week 8 final survey: a single-use 25% off code valid on the public launch SKU, and two weeks of early access before the public launch opens.
The 25% off code and early access are issued only after the Week 8 final survey is submitted. Submitting partial surveys, or skipping the Week 1 or Week 4 surveys, does not qualify.
7. Final sale.
Because the Beta is produced in a small batch and we're collecting data from every kit, all Beta orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on Beta kits, except in two cases:
-
Your kit arrives damaged or incomplete. Contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll replace the damaged item or refund the order at our discretion.
-
Your kit is lost in transit. If tracking shows no delivery within 21 days of shipment, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We'll work with the carrier and either reship or refund.
8. Your data.
We collect your survey responses, photos, and video for the purpose of evaluating product performance and informing the public launch. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that operate the Beta (our email platform, our survey host, our shipping carriers, our payment processor) and only as needed to deliver the program.
Our full privacy practices are described in our [PRIVACY POLICY URL]. The Beta program operates under the same policy.
9. Use of your photos, video, and quotes.
By default, the photos, video, and survey responses you submit are for internal evaluation only. We will not use them in any external marketing without separate consent.
In the Week 8 final survey, we will ask you separately whether you grant Loop permission to use your photos, video, and quotes in marketing materials. You can decline, accept anonymously, accept with first-name credit only, or accept with full credit. Your choice there is the only consent we treat as valid for marketing use.
If you grant consent, the license you give us is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and runs for two years from the date you grant it. We may sublicense to our partners (PR agencies, ad platforms, retail partners) only as needed to display the content.
You may revoke consent for future uses at any time by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We will stop new uses of your content within 30 days. We cannot pull back materials that are already in print, in placed ad buys, or in third-party publications.
10. Communications.
By joining the Beta, you consent to receive Beta-related emails from Loop. These include kit prep, weekly check-ins, survey access links, survey reminders, and post-Beta launch perks. You may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. Essential Beta communications (shipping, survey access, perk delivery) will continue until the Beta closes.
11. Honest participation.
We expect honest, good-faith participation. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the Beta who submits false data, who submits photos or videos that are not their own, who abuses the support inbox, or who otherwise violates these terms. Removal forfeits the perks in Section 6.
12. Medical disclaimer.
Loop products are cosmetic skincare. They are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Statements about skin improvement reflect typical cosmetic outcomes, not medical claims. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, are pregnant or nursing, are using prescription topical medication (including retinoids), or are otherwise unsure whether to participate, consult your healthcare provider before joining.
13. Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms during the Beta. If we make material changes, we will email you at the address on your order. Continued participation after the update means you accept the revised terms. Your originally-issued perks (Section 6) will be honored under the terms in effect on your order date.
14. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [GOVERNING STATE], without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Beta will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE].
15. Contact.
Questions about the Beta or these terms: [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We read everything.
3. Placeholders to fill before publishing
Every [BRACKETED] field above needs a value. List below for quick reference.
-
[PUBLISH DATE] in the header.
-
[SHIPPING REGIONS] in Section 2. If you ship internationally, list the regions. Note that international shipping triggers GDPR/UK GDPR obligations and you'll want a lawyer to review separately.
-
[SUPPORT EMAIL] in Section 7, 9, 11 (implicit), 15. Probably hello@loopbeauty.com or beta@loopbeauty.com.
-
[PRIVACY POLICY URL] in Section 8. Link to your existing privacy policy.
-
[GOVERNING STATE] and [COUNTY, STATE] in Section 14. Where Loop is incorporated. Likely the state where the entity was formed, not where you live, but a lawyer should confirm.
4. Legal review notes
This is a working draft, not legal advice. Walk through these with counsel before publishing.
Things a lawyer will want to confirm
-
Final sale on a Beta kit. Enforceable in your governing state and in any state you ship to. California (Civ. Code 1723) and New York (G.B.L. 218-a) have explicit posted-notice requirements for no-returns policies.
-
Final-sale exceptions for damage and lost-in-transit. Confirm carrier liability gaps don't shift cost to you.
-
UGC license terms in Section 9. Two-year term, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide. A lawyer may push for perpetual on used materials, or a shorter term on the unused tail.
-
Medical disclaimer wording in Section 12. Confirm it aligns with FDA cosmetic vs. drug claim language. Avoid any verb in marketing that implies a drug effect ("treats," "reduces wrinkles" framed as a function rather than appearance).
-
Communications consent in Section 10. Confirm it satisfies CAN-SPAM (essential vs. marketing distinction) and any state-level requirements.
-
Arbitration vs. courts. Section 14 sends disputes to courts. A lawyer may recommend a mandatory arbitration clause with a class-action waiver. Tradeoff between cost predictability and customer-friendly perception.
-
Pre-order disclosure. FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule requires a clear shipment date or estimate at the time of purchase. The 2 to 3 week ship language satisfies this if it's visible at checkout, not just buried in the T&C.
