What is GHK-Cu?

A copper tripeptide your body makes when you're young and progressively less of as you age. On skin, it signals repair, supports collagen production, and modulates inflammation. It's one of the most-studied molecules in dermatological science.

What makes Loop Beauty different?

Most peptide skincare uses a trace amount of its named peptide. We formulate at the concentration the research uses. Two percent pure GHK-Cu in the Signal Serum, and the same molecule plus caffeine in the Eye Patches.

How soon will I see results?

Serum: subtle change in the first two weeks, visible change between weeks four and eight. Patches: visible same session (20 to 30 minutes). The serum builds; the patches reset.

Is this safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. GHK-Cu is one of the calmest actives in the peptide category. If your skin is reactive to new routines, ease in at once daily for the first week and move to twice daily after.

Can I use it with retinol?

Yes. GHK-Cu supports the repair phase retinol accelerates. Alternate nights if layering causes irritation.

Is this safe during pregnancy or nursing?

There is no evidence of harm from GHK-Cu during pregnancy or nursing. As with any skincare product during pregnancy, we recommend checking with your OB or dermatologist.

What age is this for?

Late twenties onward is the honest answer. GHK-Cu is what your body makes less of with age, so earlier is better from a prevention standpoint. It won't harm younger skin, it just has less to do there.

Pre-Order and Shipping

When do pre-orders ship?

Signal Serum ships the week of Nov 9. GHK-Cu Eye Patches ship the week of Nov 23. The Duo ships in two shipments at no extra cost: serum on Nov 9, patches on Nov 23.

When am I charged for a pre-order?

At checkout. If you need to change or cancel, reply to your confirmation email within 24 hours and we'll try to catch it before it processes.

How much is shipping?

Free on orders over $75. Flat rate under. See the shipping policy for details.

Where do you ship?

United States only at launch. International shipping is on the roadmap.

Returns and Refunds

What's your return policy?

All sales final. Because our products apply directly to skin, we don't accept returns.

What if my order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive?

Email hello@loop-beauty.com with your order number (and a photo if damaged). We'll replace or refund right away.

What if the product irritates my skin?

Email hello@loop-beauty.com and we'll help troubleshoot. Depending on circumstances we may be able to issue a refund or replacement.
